about

Recorded in February 2020 after the rains had arrived to extinguish the bushfires that ravaged 10 million hectares of land in southern Australia. The two tracks are a response, a means to come to grips with the devastation that had just occurred. The WWF in their report, 'Australia 2019-2020 Bushfires: The Wildlife Toll' estimates that 143 million mammals, 2.46 billion reptiles,180 million birds and 51 million frogs were killed or displaced. This excludes insects, estimates number their losses in the hundreds of billions.

All sales of this digital release will go to WWF Australia, wwf.org.au.
